Betsy was the best!! She is not your typical list it and forget it realtor. She met and exceeded our expectations. We had a very difficult situation with tenants that were less than responsive and clean so showings were a string of surprises. Betsy took it all in stride and get us an offer in way less time than we could have hoped.

As first home buyers in the USA (from overseas), Betsy helped us with all our questions (we had a lot!). She also gave us great advice on home selection, helped us find properties to review and offered great insight into the local area. There was never any pressure from her and we could go at our pace. When we viewed places, we felt she was open and honest in her opinions and advice. The home purchasing process was complicated by third party involvement on the selling side, but she made it easy for us. We commend her on her negotiating skills as Betsy got us a great deal on the property and the process of purchasing progressed through to settlement smoothly (she was even able to bring the settlement date forward for us!). Having Betsy work for us as purchasers certainly reduced the stress of buying.
